Owner since 2005. Scott grew up in Colorado and holds a BA in Biology and an MS in Telecommunications from CU Boulder. He worked over 20 years in the high tech industries. During that time he worked on various projects from Seattle to Houston and from LA to New York City. After years of travel he elected to go to work for a 'dot.gone' in Broomfield. When that ended in 2001 he began looking for alternatives to high tech.
Later that year, Scott's dad offered to let him take over the business when he retired. Scott jumped at the opportunity to build the business and work for himself. On January 1, 2005 Scott officially took over as the sole proprietor and owner of the business when Ray retired.
Since joining the business full-time, Scott has hired another broker/manager and two admin staff. In 2003 he moved the business out of the house and computerized the company. The business has grown from 12 units in 2001 to over 100 units in 2006.
Scott is very active in the community and supports several local Chambers of Commerce. He also keep busy as a certified PADI Scuba Diving Instructor, doing volunteer work with the Fisher Divorce Recovery Seminars and studying to be a Certified Life Coach.
